We ask that you review our terms of purchase, as well as our Privacy and Cookies Policy. You must make an adult aware of our Privacy Policy before you use this website or any of our services, if you are under 16 years old. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those 18 or over. If you have any questions regarding our products or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information. By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Our on-line ordering service is fully secure. Our payment systems provider uses the very latest industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information and to ensure absolute safety.
All credit card transactions processed from this site use 128 bit encryption to create a safe and secure shopping experience for you. Once you get to the payment stage, you will enter a secure area and your credit card details are handled by the highest security standards available. Prices and Content

We take the greatest care to ensure prices and the content of our website, including product descriptions, photographs and ingredients are accurate and correct at the time of publishing.  However, on the odd occasion errors may occur.  If we discover an erroring the price of the product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you, provided we notify you before we despatch the item.  In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If you opt to cancel, we will refund the payment via your originally selected payment method.  All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude post and package charges. We will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. In the event of an error or other content related issue, we reserve the right to correct such error without notification. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that may have been made under the pretence of such error. All prices are displayed including VAT.  From time-to-time prices may be altered as a result of guidance from the brands we work with. We reserve the right at any time to adjust prices without prior notice.  Prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available.

Products and Availability

All information displayed on our website is provided by our retailing brands.  We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, images and are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing, but we cannot accept responsibility for any oversights or errors in this information.  All tests are carried out by each individual brand we retail and as such they individually verify the accuracy of product claims and ingredient inclusions.  We do not carry out our own testing and do not take responsibility for any claims or omissions.

We purchase our products directly from the brands we retail, providing you with an extra guarantee of quality and assurance. The products we stock are all 100% natural and completely free from artificial preservatives, therefore, we are only able to guarantee a minimum shelf life, which will be detailed on the packaging of the product itself. This guidance comes directly from each individual supplier. Products can often vary in colour, texture, smell and consistency within each batch due to the natural ingredients, however, the quality and efficacy of the product will remain the same. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Regarding stock availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.


Payment Processing

All payments made on lt_skinbodysoul.com are handled securely. We accept payment by debit or credit card via Stripe. Payment will be debited automatically from your account at the time you place your order.  All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. By placing your purchase, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours and that all details entered are accurate.  All accepted cards will be listed in the payment section at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24hrs of the order being place. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, though it may take longer in some circumstances. Delivery to rural addresses may take a little longer to arrive.

Once an order has been placed, our immediate processing means we are not able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your Dispatch Confirmation or you email us to cancel your order immediately after placing it. We will be happy to assist you return your order once you have received it.


Products that are out of stock
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.

Multiple Orders
If you place several orders within a short period of time (generally 24 hours), your order may be combined and delivered as a single order. However, if your order has several items, some items may be dispatched separately. In this case we will send you an e-mail to advise there is more than one parcel.

Limited Availability
If due to limited product availability, we restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address or per order, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will provide a full refund for the items cancelled.

Order Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. This does not apply to Special Offers or items that are listed as non-returnable for reasons of hygiene. Please note that credit card charges are not refunded.

To cancel your order, please, inform us by email, quoting your full name and order number. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, we can NOT guarantee we will be able to stop your order being dispatched even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed when we receive your Notice of Cancellation, you will need to return your order following our Returns process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We currently deliver to UK and  Europe. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Our delivery options are as follows:


Delivery and Shipping

Unfortunately we are unable to post items to P.O. Box addresses or Military residencies at this present time. Delivery is available within the UK and Internationally. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for additional taxes charged by customs upon arrival in the country you are purchasing from.

UK Standard Delivery
Flat rate: £4.50

UK Standard Delivery is usually 2-4 working days to any UK address, including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

UK Next Day delivery
Flat Rate: £9.50

Fully tracked, requiring a signature. Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 1pm any working day. UK Islands, Highlands and remote areas may require 2 working days.

International Standard Delivery

Flat Rate: £20

Fully Tracked Royal Mail delivery service. Delivery time will vary according to the country the order is being sent to.

Returns

Goods must be returned in saleable condition within 14 days. Please contact us to obtain a returns number. Goods remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to us in saleable condition. We are unable to replace items damaged in transit. All returns  at will be at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please always retain a proof of postage. Under the Sales of Goods Act we are not obliged to accept returns after 14 days if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please log your request via email at laura@lauratucker.co.uk.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons. All requests for returns and refunds must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. We are happy to offer replacements on goods damaged in transit or sent in error. Please contact laura@lauratucker.co.uk. Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error.  We will endeavour to change the unopened, unused item for the one you should have ordered. This will be at our discretion. There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted. For example:

  • Any item not in its original condition, ie damaged inside and outside.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. If a refund is offered, an admin fee may apply due to the cost or processing refunds with the banks.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days from receipt of the item. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please email us please contact us at laura@lauratucker.co.uk.

Intellectual property

The trade marks, logos and service marks ('intellectual property') displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of our company, our affiliates, our licensors and/or are protected by UK and International trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.


Product Liability

We obtain all product knowledge, ingredients and instructions directly from the brands we sell and therefore cannot be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the misuse of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product ingredients and directions of use carefully, to use the product strictly for the purpose it was designed for and to ensure that the product is used in a safe manner. We also cannot be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occur due to an allergic reaction, or as the result of any other unforeseen occurrence.


Statutory rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Customer or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.


Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.


Law
Any dispute to be governed by English Law.

We make no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
