SIGNATURE

Laura’s signature facial has been designed to transcend you into deep energy balancing relaxation and instantly and dramatically rejuvenate and sculpt the appearance of your skin. Her focus is maximising the flow beneath the surface of the skin, both physically and energetically. After an in-depth consultation, Laura will work with a variety of skin rejuvenating techniques, specifically selected for your needs on the day of your visit, varying between advanced facial massage, Facial Gua Sha Fusion™, facial cupping, Celluma™ LED Light Therapy and Thai Herbal Poultice. Working to breakdown tension in the skin tissue (Fascia) and muscles to improve skin cell rejuvenating circulation, aid lymphatic drainage to depuff, brighten and enhance skin clarity, as well as infusing Crystal Reiki Therapy into your treatment, to help realign the energy system and unblock stagnation to help you leave feeling lighter and for many, calmer too. Reiki Is an ancient Japanese energy therapy that targets emotional blockages within the energy system and can also help treat physical discomfort. Laura’s Signature Sculpting Reiki Facial is the ultimate Facial with a difference, that allows you to press the pause button for mindful rest, as she treats your skin to pure relaxing indulgence.

Sculpting Reiki Facial

MAINTENANCE

The Maintenance treatment is ideal for clients as an in-between or shorter pre-event facial. Working with some of the same techniques as in the Signature Sculpting Reiki Facial to help support your skin goal journey. It is ideal to have 1 - 2 weeks after the Signature to maintain skin glow and the release of muscle and fascia tension. Clients who are limited for time may also wish to book this 60 minute treatment, but must understand it may not be possible to address all skin concerns and needs in the limited time frame.

Men’s Signature Facial

A facial treatment specifically designed for male clients looking for time out from daily stress and adapted to suit a variety of male skin needs. Be it dry, rough textured, sensitised and irritated skin, or overly oily and acneic skin, your treatment will be tailored to your needs. Cleanse, exfoliation, flowing tension releasing and depuffing massage for head, neck, shoulder jaw and face, as well as techniques to target dark eye circles if necessary. Followed by a face mask and energy balancing Reiki therapy to ease you deeper into relaxation. The ultimate men’s treatment for pressing the Timeout button! For teeth grinders and tension headache sufferers it is recommended to add on Buccal Massage if you book the 60 min option.

Thai Herbal Facial Poultice

Used for centuries by families and therapists throughout Thailand, Thai Herbal Poultice is incredibly effective at treating various conditions for both skin and body, such as reducing puffiness by aiding effective lymphatic drainage and removing waste, reducing under-eye dark circles, softening fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating circulation and boosting circulation, as well as reducing muscle tension related issues, such as TMJ and headaches, and is also effective for relieving sinus pressure. Laura will work using Royal Thai Massage on specific acupressure points to release stagnant energy and will finish with Thai Wai Massage to increase energy flow, sculpt the face contours and aid effective lymph drainage and circulation.

Celluma Light Therapy

LED Light Therapy is the application of precise wavelengths of light energy to the skin tissue and muscles (Near Infra-Red only) benefiting a variety of skin concerns and conditions, as well as muscle pain. Originating from research conducted by NASA, LED light has since been used to gain impressive results for treating skin concerns such as acne, fine lines and wrinkles, reducing inflammation and pain. Laura works with the industry leading, FDA approved Celluma device, working with Blue, Red and Near-Infra-Red light to ensure her clients receive optimal results without the skin’s cells being compromised.

In a Face LED Light Therapy treatment, Laura will cleanse the skin and then the 30 minute treatment will begin. You can either choose to receive Crystal Reiki Therapy or a Hand and Arm massage during this time.

A Body LED Light Therapy treatment can be used to treat back or chest acne, scarring, inflamed and sore muscles, Arthritis, and recent wounds or surgery. Laura will select the appropriate LED wavelengths to treat the concern.

Tension Tamer

A deeply relaxing massage treatment that incorporates a therapeutic and flowing tension releasing technique for the upper body muscles. Head, neck, shoulders and chest areas are worked on and the jaw and face are included in a 60 minute treatment. The longer option also blends energy rebalancing and resetting Crystal Reiki Therapy into the treatment to allow you to move on with your day rested and feeling reset.

Crystal Reiki Therapy

Experience traditional Reiki Therapy combined with the powerful healing energy of crystals to aid stress relief, anxiety and physical pain. These two practices work together to clear stagnant energy within both the physical body and subtle body energy in the auric field. Restore balance and feelings of health and well-being.
