Serpentine, also known as New Jade due to both colour and metaphysical property similarites, is particularly known for helping to ease feelings of depression and invite a tranquil mood making it perfect to use in meditation. Connected to the Heart Chakra bringing harmony, but also strength to help with difficult situations and decisions.
